I am absolutely in love with this apartment complex! Seth is truly an angel in disguise. I have never met a leasing agent more attentive to your needs and thorough. I immediately fell in love with the property the moment I stepped on the premises and knew I was home. The facilities are amazing, the views are impeccable, the staff is amazing and the location is superb. I have one of the most breathtaking views from my apartment overlooking the entire city of Birmingham. My floor is so quiet, I sometimes wonder if anyone lives on the floor with me. Everyone who lives here is super friendly. I’ve had so many random conversations sitting at the fire pit at the sky deck overlooking the city. My company is 100% remote, so some days I work from the gorgeous lobby, sitting pool side or from the sky deck. I can’t forget about the AMAZING fitness center with wrap around views of the city. Every time I work out, I always experience this moment of bliss feeling as if I’ve made it. I own an 8 bedroom 5 bathroom home, my initial intention was to simply rent here for weekends, but after one week living on the property I decided to rent my home and live here full time instead. I always feel super safe on the property and it is literally a 4 minute walk to Five Point South. I can’t forget about the FREE COFFEE the leasing office provides 🤩 My experience has been absolutely amazing, thank you for EVERYTHING SETH‼️🗣️ SETH NEEDS A RAISE 🫶🏾

Wanted to leave a review for Jonathan and the rest of the service team here at Cortland Vesta. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with any time I've needed something fixed or looked at in my apartment. They have been punctual, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to every time I have seen them! I recently had my shower head fixed, and Jonathan made sure to wipe the bottom of his shoes after they had gotten a little wet before walking through the apartment. Just one of the many examples of the service team here going above and beyond. Jonathan is always very helpful and always says to call him for anything. I would recommend Cortland Vesta to anyone based solely on the service team here!

I looked at all the reviews here prior to making a decision to move in and now after a month being a resident at CV, decided to come back and share my own. Location and security were the most important things to me in my decision and have found that I can easily get to Mt. Brook, Homewood, Hoover, and the airport with ease and never am concerned with traffic. Security is above and beyond what I expected. Parking is easy and convenient for guest as well as residents. The amenities and community events are of some of the best I could've hoped for. The staff have been extremely helpful in ways I've never experienced before. Seth guided me on a tour of the property and was helpful answering questions when I called him prior to moving in. He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and capable of helping me right fit into the unit I selected. The service team are skilled, efficient, and super courteous when called or just simply passing them around the property. I enjoy the restaurants in the area immensely which include Freddys, Bottega, Chez Fon Fon, and Garden & Galley to name a few... The service station across the street is well stocked and has many items on hand that would sometimes result in a grocery store trip to pick up. I would definitely recommend the Courtland Vesta if you're looking for a premium downtown living experience, no question!

I absolutely love the area the staff and the community! Everything about my move-in process was a peach. I went on an amazing two hour tour, that felt like 20mins! Robin was knowledgeable, professional, relatable, just an overall vibe! it's nothing like having staff that actually cares about their residents. the accommodations are impeccable, to say the least. I love it here, I'm never leaving lol!
